Marjorie,

Susan asks a good question. If you have already closed the previous year, what you are seeing is the entry to the closed year and then the carryforward entry to the new year.

Like Susan, we need more information.

Have you closed your year already? And if so, are you talking about the posting journal showing two postings to the same account on December 29th? Just need a little more information.
