Sale prices are not applying to the items.

In our RMS system sale prices are not showing up on the cash register. It was working fine for over 5 years. now it's showing the regular price not the sale price. it's happening to all the items. I have over 1000 items in my system. Could anybody help please?

    This is the Configuration table.  Option3 column.   This is a compound value column (it holds a single value that affects multiple settings).  

    You will have to figure out the exact value you will need.  

    Please be aware that these value columns are only read by the POS on launch and NOT refreshed until the next startup of the POS.

    Someone knows what the table and column that is affected when you choose the option "Do not allow sale of items When out of stock "?

    Sale end date has it passed?. But sometimes a more silly think like an operator changing computer's date can happen, then all sale end or start dates don't match.

    I can do this in SQL night Jobs.?

    It happens because item quantity is out of stock. Try to see, open StoreOp Manager, then go to configuration. Under Options, click Item Option. As you will notice,  "Do not allow sale of items when out of stock" option was checked. Uncheck the option then see for results.
