i install Ax 2012 r3 and every thing configured well

- HQ

-Async server

- RealTime

- Channel database

- Async client

And all batch send to Pos Machine

but When Open Pos the Message Appear ! any Advice or Any one face this Issue Before .

Check if you have configured the address book for Store and worker.

Check the relevant tables for Staff - RetailStaffTable, HCM Worker, DIRPartyTable in the POS database, if these have the data for the staff.

all tables you mention are already transfer to pos and the error still exist

Can you check if you have created a position for the new staff.If not try to create one and replicate the data to POS database by running the staff Job.

I Create The Position and Permission and already assign to employee with Employment type Cashier .

i don't know the missing of setup

I Solved the issue by installing POS at windows 8 and windows 8.1 so working fine . I think windows 7 not working probably with R3

Hi Ahmed,

i has face same error and i have resolved it by delete retailstafftable from pos database and sync full 1160 job.

After applying job login issue has been resolved. i think the issue was with 1160 which was not able to truncate table at pos db.
