I want to create a 2 part project expense invoice. Page 1 shows a total line for each expense with the last line being "Administrative Handling" with a marked up % of all of the expenses. (I know I can do this using allocator.) Page 2 -xxx is detailed lines of each expense with the actual expense cost. I don't know how to create detail and summary on the same invoice. Can it be done? Thanks.

Colette, Following on what Chris said, BI090.rpt is a current format that prints details you could use as your attachment.

Hi Colette, Yes you can definately accomplish this. I would recommend create 2 seperate crystal reports (one for summary and one for detail). In the Invoice & Adjustment Maintenance screen, you can specify the invoice associated with this transactions as well as an attachment. I would recommend putting the summary report format for the Invoice field and then the Detail report for the Attachment field and you should be all set. When printing the invoice for this transaction, it will print the summary sheet first followed by the detailed attachment sheet.
