Hello. I am a new user (about three months) to GP and am creating service calls for a fire inspection company.
One thing I noticed is I entered the location ID incorrectly after creating a new customer--the location address ID should be the address itself and not "Bill to." Is there any way I can change this after the service call is completed?
I also have the same problem
