Sorry the image did not appear. What happens is a credit shows applied but then the Credit appears again on a separate line with no amount next to it. It makes the statement look confusing.

Hi Pam

Try playing with the settings in the Statements window.

Try marking both Show Applied Payments and Exclude Fully Applied Payments.
