Company logo is not showing correctly on PDF output

Hi,

Recently, I worked on 4 to 5 SSRS reports. In all reports, I noticed that the company logo is showing fine on report viewer output, but when I export it to PDF, the image is not showing correctly and I can just see a water mark type image and not a coloured image.

Have anyone noticed this before or have any clue what is wrong here?

Hi Baber,

Have you used the same environment to create all these reports, did you try to create any test report in any other environment where you can show company logo. What version of AX are you in ?

Yes, same environment. This is happening both in DEV and TEST. Version is AX 2012 R3.

Also, I have just tried to export the report in word and excel and the image is showing correctly there.

Hi,

I managed to resolve the issue with company logo not displaying correctly on PDF output. I took the company image, saved it in JPEG format, add it under Legal entities form and now the PDF output is showing the company image correctly. I guess that the company logo currently attached is in PNG format and PDF files don’t support embedding PNG images.

Hi All,

I am facing the separator issue in different environment. But one environment is test and another is live. I have checked the application version and kernel version of the both, it is same. Please help me on this
