After some malware repair work was done on our RMS server, our RMS license ineplicably got changed to an Evaluation Copy License even though we have been using this RMS license for 8 years. How do we revert it back to its original RMS license?

Akber- I have same issue with dongle. I will allow teamviewer as i use this. I called tech support for the Rainbow USB and drivers are installed properly but key is still not read and I am in evaluation mode please help

The owner has restricted any remote access to RMS PC. Any repair has to be done onstie.

Sir I will send you tomorrow, please confirm you have version 1.2 or 1.3 and you have also license dongle, and if possible can you install any remote software so I can configure your license. I used Teamveiwer and VNC.

Could you please send us the link for repairing this demo license error.
The version 1.2 comes with dongle concept, mean there is no key involve in activation. It means you can take out the dongle from the machine you please, make sure the Rainbow technology driver are installed, if you want I can help you from teamviewer to reactivate this, again very easy to do this.

Which version of RMS do you have installed?
RMS HQ doesn't have license to be activated as per my knowledge.
