Linking Private messages from Facebook Messenger to Dynamics

Hi, 

Is it possible to retrieve details within Dynamics that are sent to as a private message? (the private message is through facebook but could extend to twitter or instagram) 

So the scenario is, a company receives private messages about courses it runs through messenger, they want to be able to see and reply with these within Dynamics?

I have been looking at social engagement and other items but cant see anything on it. 
Am i missing anything or correct in saying its not supported?
