Hello everyone,

First, I have a problem with my MRP generation, I get the right quantities but not the good corresponding delivery dates :

And second I can't even change the principle, it's greyed out and I don't understand why :

Thank you!

    Dear Slim.

Attached screenshots are not visible. Please attache it again.

Regarding Delivery dates: It is based on following parametes:

    1.Calendars

    2. Supply schedule

    3. Safety Margin days setup

It will be helpful, if you explain issue in detail with expected results.

    Hey Patrik,

Okay, I have this demand forecast :

    51662.4.PNG

And when I open the MRP dialog I've got this (the principle is greyed out):

    7485.2.PNG

And the result I get is this :

    6837.3.PNG

I get all the planned orders on 11/11/2016 instead of each one in the week it's needed.

My MasterPlan parameters are as following :

    51662.4.PNG

    3276.5.PNG

    4784.6.PNG

I tried using sequencing (it was empty at first) but no difference, I still get the same dates.

    Hi Slim

The settings of the coverage group that you have set on the Item (or the Item coverage, if you are using that) are important. It tells AX how it should go about re-ordering the item.

On the Master Plan setup, you have lots of Time Fences ticked. The Time Fences you set on the Master Plan are for overriding the time fences set elsewhere (e.g. set on the Coverage group). For your 'normal' plan, you would probably not set override time fences on the Master Plan. Perhaps clear all these until you get it working, and then introduce them later if you need to.

You should definitely sort out the 'Freeze' time fence set on the Master Plan. You have your Coverage time fence and Freeze time fence set the same. It means that AX is allowed to plan 30 days out (Coverage time fence), but is also not allowed to create planned orders within in the next 30 days (Freeze time fence). So probably its not allowed to do anything!
