We have a delivered a product to the customer on Dynamics v10. From a long time, they have been using the Lists feature to use one of our custom lists we created for them. Lately they have noticed that the list does not work on their end. It just gives the message "Loading Client Activities " and never loads any data. This list is called "Client Activities" . They have the correct data range criteria. They also tried changing the data range restriction to "Last 365 days", "Custom Date" etc, but no matter what they do, no records show up.
When they try to see these same records in Smartlist, that works fine. We have also provided a custom list inside of Smartlist for the same function.
At our development site, we put their chunk in Dynamics v10 and it works perfectly fine.
Any ideas what we can do next to solve this issue?
No code changes have been made to this area of our program for a very long time.
