I have a question

I have 2 busines units (child) part of one parent business unit

I don't want the 2business units see the cases of each other

in de security role of the cases the security is set to yellow : business unit

but the 2 business units see each other cases

what I am doing wrong

Hi Koen,

Since a user's access rights come from two parts

1) his own user-level security role and

2) the team-level security role of the team he is on

So we need to check these two security roles.
