Best way to record additional information about inventory received on pallets

Hi - when I receive inventory it comes on pallets. In Business Central I need to record the total number of pieces - this is simple enough. But then I also need to record the number of pallets, the number of boxes on the pallet, the number of rows on the pallet, and how many boxes per row. I also need to record some additional information about how the items were packed. I cant use the unit of measure page because each pallet will have a different number of boxes, rows, etc so each transaction is unique. This is required for when we ship this inventory back out, so we pack it the same way.

Anyone else have this scenario before? If so, how did you make it work?
