Is a there any way to restrict users to have Sales Return again Posted Sales Invoice.

Can be done through a customization. It depends how you want to have this, like once I developed a custom form where user can able to select posted invoice and create a sales return with same information of invoice and then ob button press after getting user confirmation will create sales return in a system.
