We have been using the same GL integration for several years. Nothing has changed. We've been on GP2015R2 for a while as well.
It started with a few users, now all users when running it, only the first line is imported. There are no errors or warnings. Our solution at the time was to get the users to use the new copy/paste feature into GL trx.
Today, our Sales Invoice integration started doing the same thing. Sales lines work but the GL distributions is only pulling in one line, and again, no errors but just a warning that distributions are out of balance.
Nothing has changed. We may try the econnect SOP option.
Is this a known issue? Is there a fix besides upgrading?
