Error: There must be at least one form for each user: found 0

Hello all,

I was doing some tests on customer environment, and i found this problem when try to open any opportunity:

<Message>There must be at least one form for each user: found 0.</Message>


Some minutes of google search, and i found this solutions below

The solution did not work for me, because the form of opportunity does not have the tag ROLE ID

OBS: CRM 2016 onPremises

    The problem occured for us in the Order form.

    Fix:

    Since there is a subgrid for Quote Details in the form, there has to be a default form for the specified security role for this entity too.

    So we assigned a default form for all roles in the Quote Details Entity.

    Problem solved.

    Solved.

    The IT team had opened a ticket for microsoft and they soled the problem. I did not talked directly with the Microsoft support person, so i don't know the what was the exactly problem and how it was resolved.

    Sorry it wasn't as simple as I mentioned.  Thanks for looking into.

    Did you try to assign the user to a role like Salesperson or other standard role and see if you can pull up the form?

    Hello Drew.

    The principal form of opportunity is like you said, "show for all" and the fallback is enabled like image below:

    Hi Henrique,

    I think the situation is that "enable security roles" has been setup for the forms and there is no "enabled for fallback" form selected so when the user goes into the form they do not have security for any of the forms.

    Please verify that there is a fallback form that is enabled for the security role that you have for this user.
