Forbid to close a page depending on a filled/ not filled field

Hi guys,

can you tell me how to forbid the user to close a page if the field "number" was not filled by him?

We have the problem that often this field is left empty by mistake and I want to make it mandatory.

I have already tried with Testfield, but in the OnClosePage trigger it still closes the page after the message is displayed.

Can I somehow leave the page open?

    Instead of OnClosePage trigger, try using the OnQueryClosePage trigger, it executes before the "OnClosePage" trigger refer here for more information:
