word template - remove blank space if content control value is null

Hi All ,

FullName

Jobtitle

company name

address

In the above scenario . if the jobtitle is coming as null and has no value . then how do i cut the blank space , so that there are no balnk space between fullname and company name

Unfortunately, the empty fields cannot be hidden. The positions of these fields in Word Template is fixed, if they are empty they will be replaced by spaces.

You can submit your proposal in Idea Forum.

I'd like to know where in the Marketing app you used Word Template specifically.

You can find a similar function in Marketing to replace it. It is the Dynamic Content in Marketing Email.

It will not show the empty fields.

Empty fields in the word templates have no way to be deleted for now.
