While logging in to our Dynamic Crm's instance I am having the error "Application failed to load".

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I'm getting the same, only if I access through my company's citrix portal I can access fine, but if I access via Edge on my laptop then I get this (so it's not permission/role based) and it works for the rest of my organisation, so can't be an organisational policy. I've tried adding security roles and doing everything to clear down my browser but still getting the same.
I've had the same error. It was fixed by assigning security roles

I'd suggest you open a Support Request with Microsoft Support.

Could you please try accessing via the following:
-In private mode
-Another network
-Another machine
-Clear cache, cookies and try.
This could be a one time error.
