Hi,

Has anyone had good luck with a particular make and model of scanner with the GP Document Attachment feature? My client is on GP2016R2 with the mid-year update and their old HP scanner sporadically hangs mid-scan.

Linda, newer scanners + support for TWAIN drivers (with the release of the July hotfix) should give you access to just about any scanner. Older hardware is older hardware and I don't know that Microsoft tests any devices anymore.
