Conversation intelligence processing files but not showing data (Trial license)

Hi All,

I got some issues with getting the conversation intelligence to work.
Within a trial (cdx) EU environment I have activated sales insights with the conversation intelligence and followed the docs setup.
Now when I drop json and corresponding stereo wav/mp3 files in my EU Azure container (over 20 testfiles), they are (randomly) processed and dissapear from the container.
So far so good.

But after more than 24 hours I am looking for (any) relevant data within the sales AI dashboard but it just does not show anything other than demo data.

I keep getting the "Your data will be loaded when at least 10 calls have been processed. Please check back later, or continue exploring the app with sample data.  Hang tight while we get everything ready. Please check back later, or continue exploring the app with sample data."

Did anybody got this working with a trial license or do I need to buy it to test it?
