I have created one "account" and there is not any documents tab under that "account".

Is this on a CRM trial system?
I have recently seen an issue that even though SharePoint integration is correctly configured the documents option still doesn't show. I have seen this with CRM online trials on two occasions now.
The solution was simple, open the account form in customizations. Select the navigation option. You may see that the documents option isn't included in the navigation. Add it in and publish the form. Your document option should show.
