
Setting up a new bank for Safe Pay. Setup the Safe Pay Configurator with no problem but when I go into the Safe Pay Upload Maintenance and enter all my information I get this error. Any help would really be appreciated. We only have 1 other bank and it has a different ID?

I have the same question (0)I would click on the lookup beside Bank Upload ID and see what others you have setup. The error seems to indicate that the checkbook you are trying to add to this Upload ID, is already associated with another Upload ID.
Review your other upload IDs and see if the checkbook is listed there. If so, remove it, because checkbooks can only be associated with one.
