Agreed with Matt , although this will not look good as it's open default forms for moments till it's check the field value before navigate to actual form.
Would better to go with show/hide tab/ section if the forms is bit similar.

The only supported way would be to utilize Javascript in order to validate the form the user initially opens, check the value of the customertypecode, and then navigate the user to the appropriate form.
