Hi everyone, I am a system admin in our Dynamics CRM environment and see that some users have private dashboards(via a query) that I will need to migrate to the unified interface. I am dealing with non-technical users and would like to move these dashboards and enable them for the unified interface without having to engage those users and have them share those dashboards and views with me. Is this possible at all?

@inflowencer89-thanks but I can't find that tool. Does this need to be side loaded or something?

FORGET IT! I found it, I don't know why but it wasn't finding it. I had to restart it a few times then it worked :)

There is an XRM Tool which will allow for you to see users personal dashboards and views and re-assign to yourself:

Once you have done this, if you then need to make the views system views - you can do so with this solution:

I've not found a way to be able to convert the dashboards to system dashboards however but it might be easy enough to recreate them one you have them assigned to you and have all the views available.
