How could i implement timer functionality in case form and each time when case is open timer will start from initial and save the time in another field like a log of time and other thing is that if same case will open after once then also display the total time(calculated in seconds) in another field?
How could i do this?

This is not an OOB function. Definitely need a 3rd party tool or programming. You might want to check with the North 52 guys https://www.north52.com/ They have done some amazing things like this in the past
