Phone call button in activities subgrid is not working

Phone call button in activities subgrid in opportunity entity is not working when clicking in Microsoft dynamics mobile app. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 on-premises version 8.2. It's works fine in web the issue is only with mobile app that too for only one entity activity subgrid. Is it due to product bug or any upgrade issue? What goes wrong?

Hello,

It seems to me a bug of the Mobile App (maybe related with the connection with v8.2).

I would suggest you to open a support ticket with Microsoft.
