Sales Person ID - Integration Manager

I'm pulling my hair out with this one so hopefully someone else has already experienced and solved.

I am attempting to run a simple Integration with Integration Manager. My source CSV file has Customer ID and Sales Person ID. My destination is Customer.

In the mapping I am using only the fields in main Customer header. Customer ID is mapped to Customer ID in the source file. Sales Person ID is mapped to Sales Person ID in the source file.

The whole integration is set to update and insert. All other fields are default. The integration runs but the sales person ID is never updated with that in my CSV file. I've tried setting it as a constant and this still doesn't work.

Any help or pointers appreciated.

    Is this happening for all customers or for only specific customers in the source file ?  Whether the  customer mapped to a customer class?  Can you post us the screenshot of the mapping.

    I gave up on this in the end. The seemingly simple proved a nightmare!!

    Did you ever figure out a solution to this situation?  I have looked over the IM tables and I don't see a reason for it either.
