DNS address could not be resolved in dynamics crm 2016 onpremise

I already have 3 organisations in my CRM 2016 Onpremise.

I created new organisation for having it as development.

when i opened deployment manager and browsed the new org created its not working ,giving below error

This site can’t be reached

test.domain’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_STARTED

This site can’t be reached

test.domain’s server IP address could not be found.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

But existing organisations are working fine.

whereas the new org is working fine in local

localhost/.../main.aspx

Kindly help me on this on how to fix this issue or provide me some steps/reference article.

Since i dont have any idea on this as i never worked on onpremise.
