Update Form Header

Is there a way to change the header/title of a form as shown below? I know how to add remove fields from the header on the right but it doesn't seem as though this portion can be edited to look at a different field, such as Case ID. Is it possible to change it?

Hi lawilliams713,

By default Form Header Title shows "New <Entity Type>" (Like New Lead) when user creates one new record.

And it shows value of primary field which is the FullName for the lead entity when user edit records(after clicking save button).

This diagram represents common components found in updated entity forms.

There is no OOB way to change it currently.

Maybe you can refer to the following thread to use code to change it.

In my knowlodge, it's not possible to modify this with configuration.

I don't know if it's possible or not.

But, if you edit the display name of the table, that will be modified.
