Hello all,
I'm curious if anyone knows which specific permissions grants access to the schedule board, and also whether it's possible to provide read-only access so people could see who's available but not actually be able to Book someone?

Hi MPrill
1. Create an Owner Team
2. Create a new security role
3. Give read privilege on Schedule Board Settings entity at user level and read privilege on Booking Setup Metadata entity at BU level
4. Share the schedule board tab with the team
5. Add users to the team
PS: Users in team should have read privilege on Booking Status, Bookable Resources, Bookable Resource Bookings, Bookable Resource Booking Header, Bookable Resource Category, Bookable Resource Group, Bookable Resource Category Assn, Bookable Resource Characteristics at Org. level / Parent Child / BU

Unfortunately the team in question already has those permissions but I don't see any share option in my schedule board. We have a decent amount of custom coding which was done by our consultants to make the SB do what we needed (we use it to dispatch volunteers to disasters nationwide and so not for its normal intended purpose :p) so I guess I will need to wait to hear back from them. Was hoping it was a quick flip of the right switch somewhere but alas.
