Hi! Whenever I close a number of manufacturing orders in GP 2010 I do not always get the same number of journal entries on the report that prints out. For example, if I close ten MO's the report may only list eight or nine journal entries. I have yet to find the pattern so I figured I would ask. Thanks! Jason

Thanks Mahmoud! So if I do not see the MO listed on the journal report but it still closed could you please tell me what that means?

When closing a manufacturing order, the following journal entry is recorded (in case of variance)

Account        Dr        Cr

WIP    0       X

Variance        X           0
