Genral Ledger Voucher is coming blank for some users of Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to print a journal through General Journal window, but the print out coming blank. I was facing the same issue with other user as well but due to time constraints i have deleted that user and created again, after that it was working, but now it is happening with the admin user. 

kindly let me know how can i resolve this issue.

    Hi Muhammad,

    Try to delete the usage data of this user (SysLastValue). It helped me once before.

    Hi André,

    Thank you so much for your support, your solutions works for one user, but my admin user still has a same issue for training company. on live company it is working fine.

    what could be the possible solution for training company, any idea?

    Hi Muhammad,

    You can try to delete the User Cache Data files on the client machine. I'm not sure this will solve the problem

    1. Close the AX client. An "ax_{GUID}.auc" file is written in the AppData folder

    2. Delete the auc file

    3. Open the AX client.
