Dear Members,

Our Organization is planning to upgrade CU9 to CU13.

Can anyone help with the exact steps to follow.

We have customizations in VAR and CUS layer.

You can just follow best practices and blogs to achieve this. Nobody can provide you the exact steps.

However, you can prepare a replica environment and upgrade it to know the exact steps. It would be the best possible way to get exact steps and issues before performing this on actual (live) environment.

If you want to make sure that there is no problem from upgrading version, It's better to make full backup for your production database.
Always recommended is test in test environment and check whether there is problem or not, before doing in production environment.
