Error in bacs file after modification

Hi Experts,
 
I am modifying Bacs format file according client requirement but i am getting one error.
 
"The "_xlnm.Print_Titles" and "ReportHeader" ranges intersect each other which may cause unexpected results of document generation."
 
can anyone suggest that what steps i am missing.

    Did you manage to find the solution to this error message? 
    I have encountered the same when modifying a BACS file.
