Opportunity Pop Up not Populating on Account Card

We've had a user that can no longer Create Opportunities from the Account Card. Using a different Browser, and clearing the cache have not worked. Any idea what's happening?

    Does user able to see any error message/popup ? if yes can you share please.

    Also same issue is faced by the other users with the same role?
