Difficulty Deleting Users in ExFlow Despite Deactivation in D365 Description:

Hello, I've encountered an issue with ExFlow where I'm unable to delete users. I've ensured that these users are already marked as inactive in D365 F&O. However, despite verifying that they aren't a part of any document approval, ExFlow continues to display an error message: /The User () exists in at least one document line approval flow and cannot be deleted./ I have also tried replacing user with another user.

I'd appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Exflow - Removal of Users (Error)
    Hi John,

Exflow is a third-party ISV solution from Signup Software. I would recommend contacting your partner or SIgnup Software for some assistance.

Reading the error message, the Exflow user could have some historical references in the approval flows. In that case, it might be restricted as per design. Inactive is then a solution to not allow this user to do any new approvals or invoice entry.
