Hi everyone,
I have a question for you: I have an automated workflow process (very simple) that is not running and I don´t know why... I´ve read a lot about similar cases and tried the tipical solutions, for instance: changing the scope (Business Unit, entire corporation, etc), changing workflow´s owner, putting "time out" instead of waiting condition, etc...
The idea is to use the workflow to call a "batch" process automatically by a "wait condition" (2:00 am) (not by changing registers created or assigned, or deleted or fields... I explain myself?)
The most weird thing is the workflow worked ok until last year but inexplicably it stopped working as of January... There have been no changes to the software in my company... so I don´t understand why the worklow is not running... (indeed I have to run it every day late... When I call it manually, it runs perfectly)...
