Why is the workflow suspended and what can I do to UNsuspend it? Do I need to recreate it entirely? This keeps happening and I can't find a reason why a workflow that worked fine during testing now has over 60 'Suspended' jobs. Thanks!
Hi JessA Mooney,
User workflow processes are stuck in the "Suspended" state, because they are waiting for a condition that has not yet been met.
If you don't need those " Suspended " workflow processes, you can delete them.
1.From within the Dynamics 365 environment, launch Advanced Find.
2.In the Look for list, select System Jobs.
3.In the search criteria area, add criteria similar to the following:
System Job Type – Equals – Workflow
Status Reason – Equals – Waiting
4.Choose Results.
5.In the results window, you can open review each item to determine whether the workflow can be deleted.
