virtual power agent in Team app throwing authentication error

I tried to create Virtual power agent and configured transfer to omnichannel.  When i try to access my virtual power agent in Team app, authentication error getting

If i access power agent directly in team, there is no authentication error. However When i try to access power agent  directly in team , transfer to human agent is not working .

Below error getting when i access BOT in Team app
