Hello,
When using CRM for Outlook 2015 any changes made using CRM Field are lost.
These are the steps to reproduce
-
Open a track appointment using CRM for Outlook 2015
-
Click CRM Fields
-
Make any changes to these fields
-
Click Save
-
Open the same appointment, click CRM Fields again and changes are lost
I tried syncing with CRM once the changes were done but still experience the same issue.
I am using CRM 2015 and Office 2013 (32bit)
Read some post where this issue existed in CRM 2011 and was resolved with RU16, and CRM 2013 with the release of SP1 - Update 2, but so far no fixes for CRM 2015.
Does anyone know a workaround for this issue?
