Unique Customer Affiliation with Coupon Code

Hi ,

Use Case :

1. We need to setup a unique Coupon for Customer A on which he will get specific discount.

Setup Done :

1. We have setup discount offer.

2. We have setup coupon code and associated with it a discount.

3. We have created an affiliation and attached that affiliation with customer, channel and discount.

4. Now once I use that coupon on POS - the system is not keeping that limited to Customer A - rather it is applying it on any customer we select. Same is the the case with discounts .. we cannot associate it with specific customer.

Could it be that the Price group you have linked to the Discount/Coupon is generic to the channel, thus allowing any customer inthe channel to use the Coupon code once only? Otherwise, only the customer(s) withe Affiliation price group will be able to use the Coupon code; still should restrict to once only for a customer, with the Coupon configuration you have shown.
