Permission to run the "Design,Codeunit, Basic"

Hello

I'm new to this navision world but I manged to install "Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 Classic with Microsoft SQL Server" and im now connected to the CRONUS Company. I have changed the licenstype to get access to Design object and that works fine. But when i try to design or add a new Codeunit i get the error, any advise?
