GP Pricing-Upward Discount based on entire Order

Hi,

One of our clients are considering to offer a more matrix sales with broad discounts based on different categories during Sales Order Processing. For instance if a customer ordered 10 items from category A and 5 items from Category B and the total weight of the order is more than 10Kg the get extra 5% applied for all items in the order. Is there an off the shelf pricing module in GP that can handle this.Thx.
