Hi All,

I have custom data entity working in Dev environment but it is not working in UAT after package deployment successfully.

Custom Data entity.

this is extension of 'Inventory On-hand by Site' entity. I have extended it by adding Locationid,Licenseplateid and ItemStatusid.

i have tried steps provided on below community ticket but it didn't help

Hello there,

To resolve this issue, you need to perform the following steps :-

Refresh Entity List
Data Management>>Framework parameters>>Entity Setting

And wait until all entities got refreshed

Regenerate Mapping
– Select the custom data entity that's exhibiting the issue

Click on Generate Mapping
– Select “Yes” from generation warning

Note:-You can try to disable/remove fields from the mapping until it starts working. This way you at least find out the problematic field.
To be more effective, disable the first half of the field list. If the export works, the problem was in some of the disabled fields.

Thanks for you reply Dip.

Unfortunately it did not work. I have tried activating all fields one by one but it no luck.

do anyone have any advise.

both data entity and odata feed are working in DEV and GOLD environment but not in UAT

Hello YOG,

Is this issue still happening? Is the infrastructure of your GOLD environment identical to the UAT environment? Did you consider raising a support case for this issue?

Hi Yog ,

What data format you are using ? Most probably your mapping is not correct . Can you compare mapping between two environments ?
