How to build the appointments view filtered by "SVP Credit" look-up (User entity) related with Team?

In appointment form we have field "SVP Credit", "RVP Credit", "Lead Gen Credit" (look-ups to User entity).

As I know, CRM allows to filter by Owning team. But in our case Appointment may not be owned by member of team.

We need the appointment view "West team appointments", where one of these fields ("SVP Credit", "RVP Credit", "Lead Gen Credit" ) has a member of West Team.

How to build such view?
