I had reinstall RMS and I can not configure the label or receipt printers. I am receiving invalid operation 427 : the opos device is not opened. Any suggestions?

Hi! Can you please let me know what version of the Microsoft Dynamics RMS Point of Sale software you are running (can be found in RMS Manager under "help" and "about store operations").
I have just installed the Epson Printer on my MAC, but it cannot be run as I can't find the valid drivers for the printer. That is why, it is showing Epson Printer Communication Error on my system. Can anybody suggest me some solutions for the error?
