Power App uses information from multiple tables

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Power App that links information from multiple tables in Dataverse using a 'common' field. Is it possible to display these in the same 'table' in Power Apps?

For example,

when clicking one of the options, I'm hoping the next screen (below) will display information about worker who have this Identification type:
