    Hello,

Since you seem to be using a global option set on your field, you can find it's definition in the following API, which contains a "options" attribute with all the details about the values and labels of the option set.For example in the image below I query an out of the box global option set for it's definition.

    /api/data/v9.1/GlobalOptionSetDefinitions

    Hope this helps.

Hello, seems like you are using an option set field but with a local option set this time.
For that you can find it with a more advanced query, see the example below. You will need to change the attribute id and logical name of the entity to fit your scenario.

    /api/data/v9.1/EntityDefinitions(LogicalName='new_a')/Attributes(bbc0aae8-9a5c-eb11-a812-000d3ab1c99f)/Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.PicklistAttributeMetadata?$select=LogicalName&$expand=OptionSet

    Hello,

new_agence is the name of the attribute. You need the logical name of the entity where the attribute is on for the query above to work.

The way the query works is you fill in the logical name of the entity and then the attribute id.

    https://xxxxx.api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.1/EntityDefinitions(LogicalName='new_agence')/Attributes(9bc06e2b-727f-e811-a846-000d3a2900a9)/Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.PicklistAttributeMetadata?$select=LogicalName&$expand=OptionSet

    or

    xxxx.api.crm4.dynamics.com/.../OptionSetOptions
