Dependent components - Application Ribbons

I'm trying to delete some old javascript web resources that are no longer used by a managed solution but I get errors that there are dependent components. These are of the component type 'Application Ribbons'. Where can I find them so I can delete them?

    You likely have some commands in the application ribbon that use the javascript.

    You will need to:

    1. Install the Ribbon Workbench (ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/.../71374-1-getting-started-with-the-ribbon-workbench)

    2. Create a solution and add the Application Ribbon (Client Extensions-> add)

    3. Open the Ribbon Workbench and select the solution you just created

    4. Look at the Solution elements and identify the ribbon buttons or commands or enable rules that use the JavaScript Web resource and delete them.

    5. Publish your solution.
